The Oklahoma Methodist Manor, in its 56th year, continues to expand at its location on 31st Street west of Yale Avenue in Tulsa.

Crestwood is an addition to the 112 residences already on campus. The Crestwood building is a 103 residence building that also includes a lobby with concierge service, under-building parking, two restaurants, a hobby zone, a classroom for continuing education classes, a theater, a member business center, a card/club room, a state of the art brand new wellness center with a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, indoor walking track, strengthening equipment, daily fitness classes and wellness calendar events as well as a member’s club on the fourth floor.

Residences range in size from 670 square feet to 1,500 square feet with membership and monthly service fees starting at $126,000 and $1,400 respectively. This includes the dining account, utilities, maintenance, housekeeping, urgent response system, transportation, 24-hour security priority access to assisted living services or nursing care if ever needed.

Campus wide landscaping is planned. Just finished is a total interior renovation of the health center which features rehabilitation and post-hospital care, memory support and long term care.

Crestwood is expected to be available for occupancy in May of this year. Ten residences are still available to reserve for the spring grand opening.
