Nedovyesov on Academic All-America Team
STILLWATER, Okla. – Oklahoma State men’s tennis star Oleksandr Nedovyesov added to his long list of awards Tuesday, as he was honored as a member of the 2010 The Magazine Academic All-America Men’s At-Large Team, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
Nedovyesov, holding a 3.81 grade-point average and working on his master’s degree in international studies, earned a spot on the second team of the university division. He was named to the The Magazine’s Academic All-District first team in May.
The Alushta, Ukraine, native was also named to the Academic All-Big 12 Men’s Tennis First Team in April. It was his third-consecutive year to receive that honor.
In addition to those regional and national awards, Nedovyesov was named the 2010 Oklahoma State Student-Athlete of the Year.
