NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT: The entrance to the Pleasant Valley neighborhood near 81st Street and South Sheridan Road in Tulsa is being enhanced with this new sign, a project funded by Vision 2025.
Working on the signage are, from left, Brian Shook, Kurt Lowe, Jay Cole and Brian Vaughan. Some say that diverse and broad support for neighborhoods was a reason for the passage of Vision 2025 by Tulsa County voters.
