OKC’s $32 Million Dollar Isola Bella Apartments Announces Stabilized Occupancy in Just 9 Months
Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) April 12, 2010 — Joe Mansour, principal of property developer Accord Interests, LLC, announced today that they have reached stabilized occupancy as of April 1st.
Accord Interests purchased the property in 2007 and undertook a complete transformation of the property, including the addition of energy-efficient doors and windows, remodeled kitchens and baths and new appliances, roofs, interiors and electrical for the property’s 800 units and renovation of the 30,000-square-foot Fitness Center complete with indoor pool, tennis court and basketball court.
Isola Bella now provides a full menu of housing services, including corporate apartments and full-service apartments that provide options including hot breakfast and dinner, automobiles, personal fitness training and spa services. Isola Bella also has two lakes situated on 45 acres in the Northwest section of Oklahoma City.
