ORU Men’?s Golf Concludes NCAA Regional Play

SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Oral Roberts men’s golf team fired a final round 317 to finish 13th at the NCAA San Diego Regional as play concluded
at Carlton Oaks Golf Club.
The Golden Eagles finished regional play at 923 (304-302-317). Oregon (870) claimed the team title.
ORU’s Terence Begnel (Tulsa, Okla.) and David Holtgrewe (Cherry Hills Village, Colo.) finished tied for 21st at 223. Both players shot 79 on Saturday. Nick Delio of Cal State-Northridge won individual medalist honors by finishing at 213.
Jake Spencer (Anthony, N.M.) finished 65th at 235, while Kyle Spencer (Sapulpa, Okla.) came in 73rd at 246. Bryan Boaz (Tulsa, Okla.) tied for 74th at 248.
