ORU Women’s Golf Finishes Tied for 12th at Dale McNamara Invitational

OWASSO, Okla.- Sophomore Tiffany Robbins fired a career-best 71 to help Oral Roberts to a 12th-place finish at the Dale McNamara Invitational, Wednesday at The Patriot Golf Course.

Robbins finished tied for 31st, up 28 spots from Tuesday. Her Wednesday score was the second-lowest effort of the day and left her at 231 for the tournament.

After shooting 310 on Wednesday, the Golden Eagles finished the 16-team tournament tied with Long Beach State at 936.

Junior Crystal Reeves paced the Golden Eagles, finishing tied for 19th after a 76 left her at 228 for the tournament.

Freshman Alheli Moreno finished 54th at 238 (80-81-77), while junior Amber Hensley concluded play 67th overall at 243 (76-78-89). Junior Kylie Bollenbach finished tied for 78th at 252.

Playing as individuals, sophomore Eve Santillan finished tied for 19th at 228 (74-76-78), and senior Rachel Romack finished tied for 68th at 244 (82-79-83). Santillan topped the field of 10 individuals.

The Golden Eagles conclude their fall season at the Payne Stewart Memorial, Oct. 18-19 in Springfield, Mo.
