OSCPA Elects New Leadership

The Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants announced its 2009-2010 OSCPA board of directors at the Society’s 91st Annual Members Meeting in Tulsa, Okla.

Jeffrey A. Frable, , takes over as president. Frable is a partner at Curzon Cumbey & Kunkel, , in Tulsa.

The OSCPA’s new president-elect is Phillip D. Brockhaus, , a shareholder at Peters & Chandler, PC inOklahoma City.

Jayna R. Vaughn, , a sole practitioner from Duncan, Okla., assumes the role of vice president.

Eric J. Johnson, , will take over as treasurer. Johnson is the Assistant Dean of Administration with the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.

Lisa M. Anderson, was elected secretary of the Society. Anderson is a senior manager at Hinkle & Company, , in Tulsa.

The OSCPA’s past president is E.R. Shanahan, . Shanahan is a sole practitioner in Tulsa.

The OSCPA has three directors at large serving one-year terms: Ted Blodgett, , JD, a partner with Gray, Blodgett & Company, in Norman, Okla.; Robin L. Byford, , , a senior vice president with Stillwater National Bank in Oklahoma City; and John F. Grace, , , a shareholder with Stanfield & O?Dell, PC in Tulsa.
