Oklahoma State had a fantastic football season, overcoming huge hurdles to earn a spot with the University of Mississippi in the Cotton Bowl.
The Cotton Bowl is held in Arlington, Tex. and will be televised Jan. 2 at 1 p.m. on Fox. The bowl game is sold out.
The 19th ranked Cowboys, 9-3, will meet up with unranked Ole Miss, 8-4. The two teams met only once before. That matchup was in the 2004 Cotton Bowl where the Rebels won 31-28.
This will be OSU’s seventh bowl game in eight years.
