OSU-Tulsa Welcomes New Citizens

More than 100 people from around the world took the oath to become United States citizens in a ceremony Jan. 19 at OSU-Tulsa.
U.S. Chief District Judge Sven Erik Holmes presided over the ceremony. OSU-Tulsa President Gary Trennepohl welcomed the naturalization participants seeking to fulfill a dream of making America their home.
“By completing the naturalization process, these immigrants show their desire to become full participants of our society and be part of the democratic process,” Trennepohl said. For more information, contact the U.S. District Court at 918-699-4710.
