POSTER ARTIST: Tulsa artist Monte Toon autographs copies of this year’s Parade of Lights Poster for AEP/PSO employee Debbie Decker.
Downtown Tulsa Unlimited and Public Service Company of Oklahoma have to announced that Tulsan Alaina Whitaker will serve as the Grand Marshal. This year’s parade is on Saturday, Dec. 13, at 6 p.m.
