Pathfinder Kicks off

PATHFINDER EVENING: Members of The League of Women Voters recently held a kickoff event for this year’s Pathfinder Award Gala to be held at Gilcrease Museum Sept. 27. This year’s honoree is Ruth K. Nelson, who has made tremendous contributions to the community, especially through her involvement with the Tulsa Housing Authority.

Ray and Nancy Feldman are serving on the Patron Committee for this year’s event. The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
