Rose Rock Midstream Completes Acquisition

Rose Rock Midstream,L.P. (:RRMS) and SemGroup Corporation (:SEMG) announced recently that Rose Rock has acquired from SemGroup an additional one-third interest in SemCrude Pipeline, L.L.C., which owns a 51 percent interestin White Cliffs Pipeline L.L.C. for $275 million. Rose Rock now owns a 67 percent interest in SemCrude Pipeline and indirectly owns a 34 percent interest in White Cliffs Pipeline.

Cherokee Nation officials presented United Way officials a check for $20,000 a day before the successful campaign ended in November. For the 19th time, the financial services firm Edward Jones ranked number one in wealthmanagement.com/REP. magazine’s annual survey of the nation’s six largest financial services firms, according to Financial Advisors in Tulsa and surrounding areas. The magazine randomly selects financial advisors nationwide and asks them to rank their firms in various categories. Edward Jones’ overall score was 9.5 out of 10 possible points. The firm scored top marks across the board, earning near perfect scores in overall ethic (9.8) and public image (9.7), according to WealthManagement.com.
