Heart of America Farm Show is Sept. 20-22

The Heart of America Farm Show, presented by Heart of America Trade Shows , will be held Sept. 20-22 at the Tulsa RV Ranch Arena, a 160-acre facility located on Highway 75, 20 miles south of Tulsa. This farm-and-ranch-equipment show will include exhibits by national farm equipment distributors, cow dog demonstrations, guest speakers, a kid’s zone, professional bull riding and more events. There will also be drawings including one for a 32-foot Red Rhino hay trailer. Admission to the farm show is free.

Tulsa Flying High Over Orlando Announcement

Allegiant Airlines announced on Aug. 20 new, nonstop jet service between Tulsa and Orlando via Orlando-Sanford International Airport, beginning Oct. 25, 2013. The announcement marks the 99th U.S. city served by Allegiant’s low-cost, nonstop service to popular vacation destinations, more than any other low-cost carrier in the U.S. To celebrate, the company, known for its exceptional travel deals, introduced the new service with roundtrip fares as low as $99 but only through Aug. 22.
