Two Union Teachers Receive National Awards
Denise Thomas and Paige Bergin were recently honored with the prestigious Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. Both teachers focus their efforts on reaching out to their fifth grade students in Jarman Elementary School. OSU’s Tulsa Campuses Expand Recycling Efforts
Oklahoma State University’s Tulsa campuses expanded their sustainability efforts by launching a new recycling initiative today.
Howard Barnett, president of -Tulsa and Center for Health Sciences, announced that PepsiCo Dream Machine recycling kiosks and bins are now available on both campuses. Dream Machines provide students, faculty, staff and campus visitors with a convenient and rewarding way to recycle their plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
