Day of Dead Arts Festival

An altar to honor fallen soldiers will be featured along with Hispanic food, music and dancing at the 16th annual Day of the Dead Arts Festival Monday, Nov. 1, at Living Arts of Tulsa, 307 E. Brady St. The festival, set from 5 to 11 p.m., is open to the public. Admission is $5 per person, but children 12 and under are free.
