Driller Stadium Property Marketing Committee Announced
Commissioner John Smaligo, chairman of the Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority (generally known as the Fair Board) announced the formation of the Driller Stadium Property Marketing Committee. The committee will solicit specific business proposals for use of the land occupied by the stadium at the corner of 15th and Yale.

Tulsa’s Downtown Area Master Plan
The Downtown Area Master Plan is a small area plan for the downtown area of Tulsa. Work on this master plan began after the approval of Vision 2025 projects which placed emphasis on revitalizing the downtown area. The plan is based on previous master plans, district plans and other studies, as well as emerging private and public development and redevelopment in the Central Business District area and nearby neighborhoods.

Tulsa Updating Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act
TULSA, Okla. – The City of Tulsa has initiated an update of its Americans with Disabilities Act Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. This one-year process includes a citywide inventory of public facilities, programs and services to evaluate where modifications are needed for compliance. The City also will implement changes to remove accessibility barriers identified through the evaluation.
Tulsa Public Works Employee Receives $2,000 Scholarship
City of Tulsa employee Thomas Heath Kirkeby, electronics technician in the Underground Collections section of Public Works Environmental Operations, has been awarded a $2,000 scholarship by the National Association of Sewer Service Companies.
