Tulsa Tech’s Board of Education voted to hire Robert Franklin as associate superintendent for Campus Operations. Franklin is slated to replace the retiring Dr. Gary Moon. Franklin comes to the district with over 29 years of experience in education in the Sand Springs community. Previous to accepting the job at Tulsa Tech, he served as assistant superintendent of Sand Springs Public Schools. “I am looking forward to this experience with great anticipation,” says Franklin.
