Pinwheels for Prevention
PREVENTING CHILD ABUSE: Individuals associated with local and state agencies involved in Child Abuse Prevention were in Tulsa at Veteran’s Park on March 31 to draw attention to child abuse by displaying 1,131 pinwheels.
