FOREST RIDGE SALUTE: Forest Ridge and Robson Realty recently recognized and honored local realtors and brokers in a banquet held in the Glass Veranda at Forest Ridge Golf Club.
These realtors were honored for their efforts promoting and selling Forest Ridge, the area’s premier master planned community, in 2008. Those pictured sold $1 million. From left are Kathy Frazier, Coldwell Banker; Tammy Perry, Chinowth & Cohen; and Trish Allison, McGraw Realtors. The top listing associate (most listings sold) is Kathy Frazier. The top selling associate (most buyers sold) is Monte Allison of Allison & Associates. The top producing brokerage is Coldwell Banker Select.
