Remembering Katie
The Remembering Katie event in June honored Arts and Humanities of Tulsa founder and benefactor Katie Westby.
From left are Gavin Manes, Beth Downing and Cookie and George Kaiser. Katie Westby and other members of the Junior League of Tulsa had the foresight to establish the council as a promoter of arts and education throughout the community.
