Resource Campaign Exceeds Goal

The second annual Total Resource Campaign conducted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa exceeded its $350,000 goal by more than $20,000, said the campaign chairman, Darrell Jenkins, The Jenkins Companies. The HBA of Greater Tulsa was the first HBA in the nation to conduct such a campaign.
In addition to sponsorships for various events, programs, publications, charitable endeavors, scholarships, and advertising, the more than 70 volunteers recruited members to the association. Each year a goal for membership is established during the campaign. The 2004 membership goal was $20,000 and that goal was exceeded by more than $4,000.
The program is designed to take advantage of business relationships and to encourage leadership among HBA members.
