The Tulsa Metro Chamber recently announced a $25 million state bond to fund improvements along the Arkansas River.
A vote in favor of the bond would leverage secure additional federal funding, allow for improvements to the Zink Dam and help construct two more. Among those represented are Rep. John Sullivan, Rep. Lucky Lammons and Gov. Brad Henry and wife Kim.
