TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa’s Mabee Center was mesmerized Friday night by Rob Lake, International Magician of the year and Oklahoma native.
Norman, Ok native Rob Lake engaged the audience with humor and illusion. Lake enticed the room with a “Boomer,” which drew the boisterous response, “Sooner!” He invited crowd participants to the stage to be part of the show for various acts.
Each act throughout the evening was opened with elegantly performed dances from his assistants and the music was delightfully timed for each piece.
Lake began his career at the young age of 10 by performing for civic groups and children’s parties in his hometown of Norman, Okla. Since 2003, Lake has toured full-time throughout the United States and overseas. He recently returned from his second sell-out tour in Japan.
