Rooster Days Completes 82nd Year

MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT: Ayngel McNall of the band Pop Machine leads children in a conga line at this year’s Rooster Days Festival, held May 10-12. The festival is in its 82nd year.


The 82nd-annual Rooster Days Festival was held in Downtown Broken Arrow, May 10-12. The festival features a 5k run/walk, live music, a Saturday morning parade, carnival rides and food, craft vendors and children’s activities.

Well-known bands Midlife Crisis, Red Dirt Rangers and Brandon Clark Band played during the three-day fest. Also, the Broken Arrow High School Jazz Band and the High School Choir performed, plus students from Liberty and Highland Park Elementary.
