COMING : Rich in Dallas, the horse that played Seabiscuit in the 2004 Disney movie will be retiring in the beautiful equestrian grounds of the Tulsa Boys Home. This all came about when Leslie and Tom Hubble of Stroud learned that Rich in Dallas was in search of a new home.
Leslie is a board member with the Exceller Fund that rescues and re-trains racehorses for a second career after the racetrack. They knew that he would have a loving forever home with the boys. “We’re told he is not only a movie star, but is also a gentle and good-natured horse,” says Gregg Conway, executive director of the Tulsa Boys Home.
