Sea Lion Splash

READY TO RACE: The Tulsa Zoo and Living Museum unveiled its plans recently for a new California Sea Lion exhibit at the kickoff for the Sea Lion Splash sponsored by the Rotary Club of Tulsa and the Tulsa Zoo Friends. Holding rubber sea lions that will be used as a fund raiser for the new exhibit are Matt Davis, president of the Rotary Club of Tulsa; Mary Collins, executive director of the Tulsa Zoo Friends; Glenn Wright, Rotarian and Sea Lion Splash honorary chair; and Stephen Walker, director of the Tulsa Zoo and Living Museum. Sea Lion Splash is the first ever miniature rubber sea lion race in Tulsa and will be held at River West Festival Park on April 1, 2006, from 11 a.m. to 2.p.m. “Splash??? tickets are on sale for $10.
