Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., Standing Committee on Armed Services, meets Chief Petty Officer Susan Hammond and Air Force Capt. Jutta Arkan during his visit to Camp Eggers in Kabul, Dec. 6.
Inhofe, Rep. Jeff Miller, R-Fla., and Rep. Robert Aderholt, R-Ala., visited Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan to talk with service members from their respective states. CSTC-A provides advisors, mentors and trainers to help the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior to train, equip and support the Afghan national security forces.
