Shirley MacLaine to Appear at Osage Event Center on June 22
Hollywood icon and famed Broadway performer actress Shirley MacLaine
Hollywood icon Shirley MacLaine has danced her way onto the stage and the screen during her spectacular 58-year career. The Academy Award-winning actress will appear 7 p.m., Saturday, June 22, at the Osage Event Center. She will share stories, photos, wisdom, behind-the-scenes gossip and engage in a Q&A.

MacLaine’s indelible performances in The Apartment, Sweet Charity, Postcards from the Edge and Steel Magnolias won her many awards and nominations, including an Academy Award for Best Actress in 1983’s Terms of Endearment. She won six Academy Award nominations, six Emmy nominations and seven Golden Globe Awards.
Next season on , MacLaine reprises her role as Martha Levinson, Lord Robert Crawley’s freewheeling American mother-in-law on the award-winning drama seriesDownton Abbey.
She was the 40th recipient of the American Film Institute () Life Achievement Award in 2012. A prolific author, she most recently published the book I’m Over All That – And Other Confessions in April.
