Six Oklahoma gymnasts who train at SSB Kids in Broken Arrow were named to this year’s JumpStart National Team. They earned the right to train at the JumpStart National Team Training Camp in Sacramento, Calif. this March with some of the best elite and Olympic coaches in the country.

Local national team members include: Sabrina Bogle, 10; Bailey Bynum 10; Choyce Hays, 11; Drew Hockaday, 10; Aubrey Rosencutter, 10; and Matthew Tygart, 12. All six T3 athletes were named to both the tumbling and trampoline teams.

SSB Kids is a multi sports center and home to T3, Tulsa’s Tumbling and Trampoline Team. Owners Mitchell and Priscilla Godi, along with Greg Baldridge, head JumpStart Coach, have trained the gymnasts since October for the national meet.

USA Gymnastics, the national governing body for gymnastics in the United States, conducts an annual talent opportunity program to identify young athletes who have the ability to excel in the sport of trampoline and tumbling. Over 90 athletes competed in Tulsa at the national competition hosted by the local gym with 39 filling the national team spots. Approximately 500 trampoline athletes participated at the state level.
