Spring Fashions Blooming at Local Store
Springtime: vibrant colored flowers are in bloom, birds are singing, the sun is brightly shining and the mood is light. Local Dressbarn managers are keeping with that spirit in their fashions this spring.
Shannon Saunders, district sales manager for the Owasso location, suggests the following style for spring 2008:
Print Power: Put a little “umph” in a wardrobe by looking for styles patterned with big flowers, geometrics, pop art, dots and borders. Look for fresh, new color combinations that bring prints alive.
Citrus: Oranges, limes and lemons are tart, but they are also sweet, bright, cheerful and taking center stage in trendy colors.
Trapeze: This wonderfully fluid silhouette accents the shoulders and flatters most figures in a flowing, forgiving way.
Baby doll: This style is available in lots of prints as fashionistas peruse racks. It accentuates one of the narrower parts of the body, attractively flattering the figure.
Knit dress: The new silhouettes of baby dolls, trapeze and wrap in prints ranging from classic monotones to florals and vibrant summertime prints are perfect for any occasion.
Sundress: Just right pair with flat sandals or espadrilles for a casual day or wear with strappy heels for a night out.
New jacket: Pick anything from double-breasted, three-quarters sleeves, swings, boleros and trapeze shapes.
Wood and shell: Natural materials are “in” jewelry this spring.
Shoe shine: Choose gems and metallics to add sparkle.
