The 2006 Street of Dreams luxury home tour will be held Saturday, Oct. 14 through Sunday, Oct. 29 at Belmont, a 20-acre premiere gated community at 109th Street and Louisville Avenue. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Belmont developer Tom Wenrick says, “Belmont features only 23 individualized home sites nearly three-quarter acres large with lush landscapes; it is the ultimate in a gated community with completely walled security, a private park and waterfall lake, a lighted tennis court, a basketball court and a large putting and chipping green.”
For more than 20 years, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has been a global leader in the fight against breast cancer through its support of innovative research and community-based outreach programs. Working through a network of United States and international affiliates and events like the Komen Race for the Cure, the Komen Foundation is fighting to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by funding research grants and supporting education, screening and treatment projects in communities around the world. Some of the 7,000-plus Tulsa area volunteers for Komen will be serving on the committee planning the 16-day event, staffing the tour homes and manning the ticket booth for Street of Dreams.
The featured homes at Belmont are by such esteemed builders as Classe’ Homes, LaBella Homes, Perfection Homes, HC Homes and Walterbach Homes. These estate homes are priced at $1.6 million plus. Belmont is located just 2 miles west of the premier Street of Dreams site at Wenmoor in the desirable Jenks School district and close to shopping and amenities.
These magnificent tour homes will be decorated, furnished and landscaped showcasing the latest technology of products and services as well as design and textures. Tour hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.
