Summer Arts Academy Continues to Accept Applications
The Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa’s Summer Arts Academy is continuing open enrollment for week long sessions in July. Designed for middle school and high school freshman-aged students, the Summer Arts Academy offers students the opportunity to develop focused skills in the visual arts. Specific disciplines offered include painting, drawing and photography. Students will learn from professional Teaching Artists in each discipline and will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities in downtown Tulsa’s Brady Arts District.
Session dates are July 7-11, July 14-18, and July 28-August 1, 2014. All sessions last from 9:00am – 4:00pm with a lunch break. Tuition is $250 per session. Students entering seventh, eighth and ninth grades may apply by contacting the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa at 918.584.3333 or education@ahct.org.
