TOC Opens 16th Season Nov. 11


The Tulsa Oratorio Chorus (TOC) recently announced its 2007-2008 concert season. This season will mark TOC’s 16th consecutive season.

The 2007-2008 season includes the following four concerts:

• Sunday, Nov. 11 at 3 p.m.
Tulsa Performing Arts Center – Chapman Music Hall
Maurice Durufle: Requiem, Op. 9
Felix Mendelssohn: Die erste Walpurgisnacht, Op. 60
• Saturday, Dec. 1 at 8 p.m.
Union High School Performing Arts Center
Sing-A-Long Messiah
George Frideric Handle: Messiah
• Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008
Holy Family Cathedral
Franz Joseph Haydn: Lord Nelson Mass
Johann Adolf Hasse: Te Deum
Franz Joseph Haydn: Cassation in G, Hob. II/2
• Saturday April 12, 2008
Tulsa Performing Arts Center – Chapman Music Hall
Leonard Bernstein: Chichester Psalms
Arthur Honegger: King David
