TTCU Donates to NSU

Northeastern State University recently received a $6,000 donation from The Credit Union as part of ’s School Pride Visa Check Card program for area schools.
Through the School Pride program, which supports more than 50 area schools, gets a donation each time a purchase is made using an -branded card.
“At , we work and live right alongside our members, so it’s truly important to us to give back locally,” says Donita Quesnel, vice president of marketing for . “And what better way to do that than to support our schools, which are the heart of our communities.”
Foundation Director Peggy Glenn says funds from this program have previously been used to support the faculty Circle of Excellence awards, which are cash awards for faculty excelling in research, teaching and service.
“The Foundation greatly appreciates support from community organizations such as , especially when those funds can be used to support ’s greatest needs,” Glenn says.
