OPENING REMARKS: Tulsa joined Oklahoma City and Edmond March 13 by announcing the city’s first free trolley system, T-Town Trolley. BOK Center General Manager John Bolton, Mayor Kathy Taylor and downtown entrepreneur Blake Lund spoke at a March 13 press conference announcing the Trolley’s first run.
