The roller coaster continues for the Hurricane. The team does not have a good chance to get an at-large bid. They will have to win the C- tournament. That is not a far stretch for this team. They are loaded with talent; and on any given night, they are as good as anyone in the league.
TU also has another edge in the C- tournament: it will be held in Tulsa at the Center. The tournament begins March 10.
Ben Uzoh became the third leading scorer in school history at Marshall Feb. 17. He trails Steve Harris and Shea Seals. Uzoh will likely surpass 2,000 points his season. He is averaging just less than 16 points per game.
