Tulsa Police Department Kicks Off New E-Ticket Program
The Tulsa Police Department will officially kick off the electronic citations (aka E-Tickets) program today. The kickoff marks the completion of Phase I and will start with a media invitation time at 1:00 p.m. at the COMPSTAT Center. Several City Department heads will be on hand to answer questions including: The Chief of Police, The Head Municipal Prosecutor, The Municipal Court Clerk, The Tulsa Police Motorcycle Unit and numerous others involved in the project.
In addition, officers trained and issued e-ticket devices will be available to media personnel to demonstrate the use of the device in actual operation.
The COMPSTAT Center is located at 911 Civic Center (Police/Municipal Courts Building North entrance).
