Tulsa Youth Lacrosse Gaining Momentum
Lacrosse is a rapidly growing sport in Tulsa as more and more kids are enjoying the fun and fitness benefits it offers.
Lacrosse is America’s fastest growing team sport. The Tulsa Youth Lacrosse Association is evidence of that. In response to increasing interest in Lacrosse, Tulsa Youth Lacrosse is inviting kids from ages 5 to sign up and participate in its Spring Leagues.
Lacrosse is a game that boys and girls alike can enjoy. With the speed and power of football and hockey, and the endurance, agility and strategy of soccer and basketball, Lacrosse is both exciting to play and thrilling to watch.
There are currently over 150 Lacrosse programs nationwide and Tulsa Youth Lacrosse has begun to see Tulsa players being recruited for these college programs. Also, Lacrosse is an excellent way for kids to get active, get fit, make friends and have lots of fun.
In addition to signing up, interested parents and kids can attend the Tulsa Youth Lacrosse event this Saturday, Jan. 19, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Union Plaza, 10021 E 71st Street, Tulsa. Come and enjoy the chance to meet the Lacrosse coaches and players as well as receive discounts on Lacrosse equipment.
