Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills Will Serve Christmas Brunch

Start a new Christmas tradition by having Christmas Brunch at the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills at 71st Street and Lewis Avenue. It is a quiet, cozy, and out of the way place to enjoy a relaxful Christmas Brunch with good food and great service.
Anthony Card, executive chef at the Marriott, prepares old favorites mixed with featured specialties he labels “New American Cuisine.”
The buffet includes a Salad Bar with chef-made salads and Icelandic Prawns, an Appetizer Bar featuring smoked wings, pesto cream, and beef satay, a Fun Food Station dishes children love such as chicken fingers, meatballs, French toast sticks, and mac and cheese. The Brunch consists of cheddar cheese eggs, traditional eggs benedict, applewood-smoked bacon, country sausage, and home fried potatoes. The Holiday Menu includes Rosemary roasted city strip, pan roasted traditional turkey with sausage dressing, Orleans blackened Atlantic salmon with shrimp Creole, Oklahoma giblet gravy, pecan and brandied sweet potatoes, broccoli and havarti casserole, fall vegetable medley, assorted fresh breads, imported cheese and exotic fruit, and smoked seafood. Desserts featured are Yule logs, pumpkin pie, raspberry cheesecake, Southern Hills pecan pie, and other confections from the bakery.
The brunch, a buffet, will be served from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Christmas Day.
Cost for the brunch is $24.95 for adults, $21.95 for seniors, $12.95 for children 6-12 and children five and under are Free.
