TyPros, Chamber Stand Against Racism

The Tulsa Metro Chamber and Tulsa’s Young Professionals took part in the YWCA’s national Stand Against Racism movement April 27.
The stand had a goal to unite groups and individuals that share in the vision of a society free of racism and discrimination. Together, more than 70 communities across the country brought people together from all walks of life to raise awareness that racism still exists and that it cannot be ignored or tolerated.
ros invited all members to a public event held at Expo Square near Tulsa’s iconic Golden Driller. Representatives from the were in attendance to share information about the YWCA’s ongoing efforts to end racism. Members who were unable to attend were encouraged to show their support by posting the Stand Against Racism logo on social media outlets
