U.S. Cellular to Offer Free Device Workshop at Tulsa Location Jan. 29
With a recent study showing a nearly 80 percent increase in smart phone shipments from a year ago, there are plenty of first-time smart phone users who may want a little help figuring out everything their advanced phones have to offer. U.S. Cellular is hosting a free workshop from 7 – 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29 at its 6701 E. 41st St., Tulsa retail store at to guide customers through all of the functions and features of their BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Android-powered smart phones.
Associates will answer questions and demonstrate common features such as e-mail access, web browsing, calendar synchronization and browsing for apps. Attendees can also learn how U.S. Cellular’s high-speed nationwide network can boost their smart phone experience, along with the benefits of The Belief Project, the company’s array of innovative initiatives that recognize customer loyalty with bundled national plans that offer customers the freedom to enjoy benefits without signing continuous contracts.
The Device Workshops are open to current smart phone owners, as well as those interested in upgrading to a smart phone. All smart phone accessories will be 25 percent off.
