Utica Park Breaks Ground in Jenks

JENKS HEALTH: Utica Park Clinic – Jenks, along with officials of the Village on Main, held a ground breaking ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 6 at the Village on Main development site, 701 E. Main Street in Jenks. The current Utica Park Clinic – Jenks facility measures 3,400 square feet, the new 22,000 square-foot medical facility will be the first business to break ground as an occupant of the Village on Main, an estimated $60 plus million, 420,000-square-foot retail, office, residential and hotel development project.
The Village on Main will be constructed during the next three years. The new – Jenks facility will offer amenities such as increased and more convenient parking; an expanded, upscale clinical setting that doesn’t resemble a medical office building; a children’s play area; x-ray, laboratory, dexascan and mammography services; and six physician offices initially with room to expand to 12 offices on the second floor.
