Utica Square Announces Spring in the Square Seminar Schedule
The second annual Spring in the Square is just around the corner! This event, free to the public, will take place Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Utica Square.
Guests will be able to tour the Utica Square flowerbeds in full bloom, buy flowers for their own garden and listen to seminars to get expert advice on flowers and gardening. Seminars will be held in the garden between The Wild Fork and Starbucks.

10:30: Designing with Garden Flowers, Stems
11:30: Succulents: Indoors and Out, Southwood Landscape & Nursery
12:30: Drip Irrigation/Watering Green, Tulsa Master Gardeners
1:30: Wonderful World of Azaleas, Linnaeus Teaching Gardens
2:30: Enriching Soil, Colebrook Nursery
3:30: Gardening Basics, Global Gardens
4:30: Container Gardening, Ted & Debbie’s Flower & Garden
All 2010 Spring in the Square sponsors include Linnaeus Teaching
Gardens, Tulsa Master Gardeners, Southwood Landscape & Nursery, Riddle
Plant Farm, Stems, Colebrook Nursery, Global Gardens, Ted and Debbie’s
Flower and Garden and Tulsa Herb Society.
Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a photography
contest, with the winner receiving a $1000 Utica Square gift
certificate, compliments of Commerce Bank. Second place winner
receives a Yeoward crystal-footed bowl – Pia design, retail value
$310, compliments of Miss Jackson’s and the third place winner
receives a Pandora bracelet and beads, a $300 value, compliments of J.
Spencer.
