Throughout the state, wild horses still run on thousands of acres where they are cared for by area ranchers. By looking closely, a combination of letters and numbers can be seen under their manes. These detail where they were captured and how old that they are.
Recently, Willow Tree Photography was established to help share their beauty with others no matter where they live. One photograph has even made its way to Uganda.
