Woodbine, Olde Page Golf Courses Re-Open for Play Today; Grand Re-Opening Event, Contests Scheduled Saturday
TULSA, Okla. – New putting greens awaited players at Mohawk Park’s Woodbine Golf Course and Page Belcher’s Olde Page Golf Course when the courses re-opened for play Friday.
On Saturday (Oct. 9), Billy Casper Golf, which manages all four public courses at Mohawk and Page Belcher, is staging a day-long Grand Re-Opening celebration, including a putting contest for a year of free golf and hole-in-one competitions to win golf vacations.
The putting contest will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with finals at 3. Every golfer playing Olde Page and Woodbine will be allowed one qualifying putt. There are separate contests at Page Belcher and Mohawk Park.
The Woodbine and Olde Page courses were closed in August for resurfacing of all greens on both courses with warm-season Champion Bermudagrass, ensuring premium playing conditions year-round. The Stone Creek course at Page Belcher and Pecan Valley course at Mohawk Park remained open.
The Grand Re-Opening at Olde Page and Woodbine welcomes golfers back with discount greens fees, food specials, on-course contests and prizes.
Greens and cart fees are $22 at Olde Page and $19 at Woodbine. The special rates continue through Friday, October 15.
