YWCA Hosts Event
The Sixth Annual Wine, Women, & Shoes event promises to reach new heights with more wine, food and fun than ever before. This event, held in the Grand Ballroom at the Tulsa Convention Center, benefits Tulsa through two days of wine, food, shoes, fashion and shopping for spring’s newest arrivals.
The first event on Friday, March 2 at 6:30 p.m. will feature a patron-only fashion and wine event for women and men. Thirteen vintners from around the country will pour their best wines while patrons sample exquisite hors d’oeuvres. Abersons and Black Optical will be the exclusive retailers for the night to offer high-end shopping for men and women. The evening ends with a fashion show and a live auction with exclusive trips and other items.
The signature event follows on Saturday, March 3 from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. where women of all ages gather for a fabulously fun day of shopping, wine tasting, light lunch, and fashion show highlighting Tulsa’s most empowered women.
Fourteen niche national retailers will offer women the chance to buy luxury and privately marketed items unavailable in local shops. Like last year’s event, Tulsa will be offering Girlfriends Packages – for a little extra you can enjoy a limo ride to the event with your girlfriends.
